I like the salads. We go through often. But the nuggets have been old and cold. Second to last time we were shorted by 2... nuggets. This time we were shorted by 3. And they were cool. Arrived at 8:45 pm. Lobby was closed so we couldn?t go inside. We go through the drive thru, fine. I ordered 10 spicy nugs with... ranch. Boyfriend orders a chicken sandwich meal. The ONLY good item that was fresh were the fries. My chicken nugs were hard,I?d be willing to argue they were from yesterday morning. The chicken for the chicken sandwich wasn?t as bad, but it wasn?t muchbetter. They didn?t give my sauce. We split the sandwich and the fries. Oh, but we DID get cookies. Our family stopped in at 6:00pm. We stood in line for 20 minutes, a lady standing AT the counter while the guy running the... register, didn't even acknowledge her, tell her it'll be a minute....ANYTHING. Finally he takes her order and gets her out ofthe way. We stepped up to order and I was asked "what do you want?" We ordered our food, and then waited some more. My wife andI got our orders called, but we were still missing two kids meals, and I had to tell them that. Then my wife's order was wrong.Overall it really sucked. The customer service was terrible, attitudes were terrible, and the whole time I watched othercustomers walk back up to ask for things that were forgotten or wrong. There are days when you just need Wendy's. Whether it be a baked potato with toppings, the ultimate protein of their chili, or... fries and a frosty to dip those fries. I had been seeing a commercial for quite some time while not feeling the greatest. Whenfeeling better, Wendy's was my first "real meal" choice. Read more
