Whenever I order food, and ask for no onions they still put onions on it. I am allergic to onions, so this is a dangerous... problem me. I will never go to the Wendy's on Washington Ave ever again. Read more

I really enjoy eating at Wendy's. They have outstanding burgers and their French fries are second only to McDonald's (if you... can get them hot). I also like their chicken sandwiches bot spicy and plain. I love their salads when I can get them. The onedrawback I am seeing lately is the price. Apparently inflation is hitting them hard and they are passing it all down to thecustomer. Read more
I don't normally review fast food places, but tonight Wendy's went above and beyond in service recovery. I came in for supper,... ordered up their harvest salad. A while after I ordered and paid the front counter member waved me over. They didn't have theharvest salad. He was very apologetic. Offered up any other salad. I was good with the change, all their salads are excellent. Ipicked the apple one and he offered up a shake for my inconvenience... I'm trying to eat slightly more healthy. He was veryinsistent that I get something so I went with a small fry. He was happy to get me a large fry and offered to bring my meal outto me. I get the salad and it is HUGE! Tastes great. Couldn't be happier. Thanks for the above and beyond in a "speed overservice" type of dining experience. Read more
