I don?t know why I keep giving this place chances, I?m sorry I actually like Taco Bell?s food. Today I ordered two CGCs, no... lettuce, and a quesadilla. Both CGCs came damn near empty, a sprinkle of meat and cheese, no cheese between taco shells, withlettuce, and no spicy pepper jack sauce. I lived in Grand Forks for ten years now, it?s astonishing how bad this Taco Bell hasbeen for years, and clearly won?t be getting better any time soon. Read more

Hit or miss, it?s gotta be short staffing issues. I understand that there?s a lot of people who come to order but if you have... missing food? don?t even go back. Lobby is closed nearly 24/7 and if you order through the app, you definitely have to sit inthe 15 car line. Read more

Service was fast but they missed one item. When we went to ask for the missing item they made us bring in our whole order two... prove we weren't lying. I've never had this happen before, they usually just give us our missing item. Additionally my husbandand I ended up sick from the food and are still dealing with the symptoms more than 24 hours later. My kids' food didn't makethem sick luckily. Read more

Asked for them to mark our burritos since some had sour cream and some didn't. They just put stickers on random burritos and we... didn't find out till we took a bite. Rude the entire time and absolutely childish about a simple request. Read more

This is the worst excuse for a quesarito that I've ever seen. Every item in the bag was wrong and cold. I don't know if this is... a training issue or a general lack of care of the employees but oh my gosh yall need to get it together. Read more

It was ok, nothing special. The double beef spicy burrito was tasty. They are renovating, so a good call out for the drive... thru, looks better. The menu is clean and crisp, much easier to see and read. The staff was friendly. Need more specials andmaybe add some street corn to your menu. Read more

How hard is it to make food correctly! When someone asks for not lettuce it means no lettuce! How hard is it to double check to... make sure all food is in the bag! This location needs to just shut down even with it being bought out! It still sucks Read more

My quesadilla was barely warm and the cheese was not melted. There was a long line so I understand that they were trying to move... people through, but I would?ve rather waited the 2 minutes for it to be fully cooked. Baja blast was yummy as always! Read more
