Nothing negative toward the staff whatsoever, however, without exaggeration, this was the worst coffee I have had in my life.... The espresso beans tasted very burnt, even over the cream, and I could not finish my drink. The burnt flavor stuck with me forhours. ????. I am otherwise a coffee and espresso lover. Ordered a hazelnut sugar free iced latte, got a pumpkin spice coffee. Was already halfway home before I took a sip.... I am a... diabetic...so non sugar free drinks can be very dangerous. I didn't have time to go back though. However, when I went thefirst time, my order was spot on. And the coffee is delicious. I really like the Scooters blend K cups. Read more
