I arrived at Red Lobster in Grand Forks at 5:30. I noticed there were hardly any cars in the parking lot. I went inside and... there were very few people in the restaurant. I ordered a 20 once beer and waited over 10 minutes for it. I also ordered mymeal at the same time I ordered my beer. I had lobster stuffed mushrooms which took over 20 minutes to get. My meal came 15minutes after my app. My baked potato was warm not hot, my salmon was almost cool and my shrimp was cool. I didn't get nor was Ioffered any hot drawn butter for my lobster. All in all I won't be back. The waitress mentioned they are short staffed, likeeverywhere. Start paying a decent wage get some help and your business might get back on track like it was before the pandemic. Read more

So incredibly slow with an empty restaurant. 1.5 hours to get our food. Our waitress was good and attentive to our table, but... not many people have 2.5 hours to eat mediocre butter soaked shrimp. I will think twice about ever going here again. Read more

Ordered the 2 for Tuesday special. Lobster, salmon, and shrimp. Save your money. Absolute disaster for the price. I’ve had... better 10.99 specials in Vegas than this place. 5 shrimp. 4 oz of salmon and at best 4 bites of…. well it said lobster. Thesalad was the best part but for 60$. Go elsewhere and spend the money. Staff was there but didn’t interact after the meal. Probably because they knew it wasn’t going to be a fair meal. I’ve eaten Here before and after this, will not go backagain. Fargo is way better! The endless biscuits, ended at the 3 first time around. It’s not a staffing issue ! Read more

Our server was so friendly and provided top notch service. The food was cooked to perfection, which isn't always expected at... this type of establishment. It's usually hit or miss. I would have to say that the Grand Forks location has been a hit each timeI've went. Read more

This is my mom's favorite restaraunt that she hadn't been to for a few years. The food has definitely changed in quality since... then. She ordered a rock lobster tail out of the shell (was still in the shell, but it was no biggie for her.) It was tiny! Whenshe use to order it, it was way bigger. I ordered a lemonade and she said they had peach, so I got that. It was just regularlemonade that tasted way too sweet, but I didn't want to raise a fuss because the waitress was nice and also busy. All of ourdrinks were not cold. The restaurant was also pretty stuffy. It was a hot day, but I've never been in a restaurant that hot.They had mozzarella sticks on the menu, but she said they discontinued them. Why have it on the menu then? Those things weredelicious! If I could give a no star or negative star I would. First problem they don’t pay attention to food they send out, my mothers... salad had a spider looking bug in it ????. Second shrimp scampi came out cold. Lastly the waitress was not attentive at all shenever asked how the food was or if we needed anything very poor service. Would give 0 stars, if I could. Ordered a delivery that included a plate of Shrimp Scampi. The restaurant only provided a... plate of shrimp, no pasta. Huge fail. Also did not include utensils with this delivery order. Very poor attention to detailfrom this location. Won’t be a returning customer. Read more
