I ordered a large pan supreme with extra extra sauce. When I got it home, it had hardly any cheese on it and NO sauce!!! None.... This was a SUPREME! Even tipped them when I picked it up. The store which was a delivery/pickup location was very unkept/messy.I had high hopes of this delicious, sloppy, cheesy deep dish pizza when I ordered but my hopes were dashed upon my first bite. Garbage... Total Garbage... ordered a buffalo chicken pizza... there was no buffalo sauce and no chicken... it's not the f'ing... hard.... not to mention the last time I ate here. This has got to be the slowest service I have ever encountered. I ordered the pizza at 5:15 and it was delivered at 6:55. The... pizza was lukewarmat its warmest. I called called the phone number and it put me in contact with a Pennsylvania number theperson the person on the phone said it would be delivered in 10 minutes and it showed up 25 minutes later. This was by far the worst Pizza Hut and Door dash experience I have ever had. We ordered at 9:27 pm (online) and received our... order at 11:38 pm. We called to inquire about our order at 10:48pm, and the Pizza Hut employee was very polite and explainedthat the order was sitting on the warmer for quite sometime and they were waiting on the door dash delivery driver. Once theorder finally arrived all the items ordered were cold & looked as if it sat for hours, it was not appetizing at all. Definitelynever ordering again. Read more

I placed an order online and they delivered the wrong pizza after an hour and half of waiting and when I called for a refund... because I didn?t want to wait another hour and half, they transferred me to a call center, I waited on hold for 20 minutes andthen a guy told me that I needed to drive the pizza down to the store and physically give it to them for a refund even thoughthis is why I paid for delivery. Once I asked for a manager, he left me hold again for 10 minutes and then hung up on me. Willnever order from here again. Read more
