Dreadful experience. First time and our last time coming here because it?s that bad! When walking in to order our food, there... were so many staff just iddleing around and not even ONE said hello or smile! A lil customer service presence could go a longway. Not so welcoming place to eat! Second, the food is way too greasy, less meat in the bowl that I ordered which only has 3chunks of steak. It is also overcooked by the looked of it and the texture of the noodles and it did not have taste to it, Iactually had to add two packet of soy sauce and that still didn?t do it! After reading some reviews I wish the management woulddo something to takecare of this issues. Sad to say I won?t be reccomending this place to take anyone to eat as this is not sucha good experience the least. :( Read more
Food was good but I guess the menu has changed since I was last there. Couldn?t get my usual. Staff was friendly enough but not... really on top of things. Guy before me had to come back in because they forgot to give him one of the his bowls. I got my to goorder but luckily looked before I left because they hadn?t given me any cutlery or napkins. We were traveling and would havebeen really screwed if we got back to our room and didn?t have any forks. Read more
Used to enjoy this place. Pretty terrible customer service. Tea was moldy tasting, found a fly in my fountain drink, manager and... staff ignored me while I was patiently waiting to ask for a new cup, and to let them know I was missing part of my order. Read more
Food was decent. Service was lousy. The overweight guy at the cash should find another job, one that he might actually like... doing. He doesn?t say hello, he just stands there at the register waiting for your order and when he does speak he mumblesinaudibly, took 3 times before I could figure what he was saying. First experience at a Noodles, hopefully other locationshave better staff. Read more
Often when we have come here to eat and the restaurant has been closed. We went recently and we were told that we had to get it... to go although there is nothing outside stating this. We had also arrived just as they were opening.The quality of food has gonedown since it 1st opened and so has the sitting area. Read more
So good. Really satisfied with the food. They offer military discount too, which is a plus. The tortellini is the best.
Had the Spicy Korean Noodle Bowl. It was fantastic. Perfect blend of beef, noodles, curry sauce, and topped with cucumber.... Ordering the food was simple and the menu was easy to read with many options. Staff were friendly and the food was quicklyserved. So much fun. Really delicious! I recommend the pad Thai....best I've ever had. But its all good. I ordered everything lol
