Ordered in-store. Employees were unprofessional (smoking outside and yelling in-store). The wrong pizza was handed off and no... sauce with sticks. Horrible. Will not return. Read more

Got there at 9:45 - outside building lights were in but they were ?closed? only one employee inside - everyone else had already... left - so they started shutting everything down there long before I showed up. Hours say it?s open until 10pm. Lazy employeeswho want to leave early. Read more

The tracker worked okay, went very quickly through the last stages...no issues. Got notification it was ready, but to see a... cashier as it wasn't in the portal. Again, not bad. Get there to pick it up, gentleman tells me go to portal, I show him emailstating there was no code and see cashier. Tells me order isn't even ready and I have to wait longer. What is the point ofhaving a tracker if you don't update it accordingly. And as I pull up at home after picking it up, I get an email saying it wasloaded in the portal with the code. Read more

We ordered pizza for the family, they were not busy at all. Upon arriving home and opening the boxes both pizzas were clearly... burned. I live on the south end of Grand Forks, and the lady claiming to be the manager (Malinda) said I would have to driveall the way back for new pizzas and there's nothing else to be done, because it's her bosses Decison. The boss who she claimswould not be available until the next day. She has a nasty attitude, and I feel she is completely unfit to be a manager ofanything. Complete garbage to serve clearly burnt pizza, and then have a nasty attitude when a customer complains. Read more

my Pizza was burnt and not what I ordered online. Couldn?t get a refund because manager didn?t know how to refund my online... order and said he couldn?t even find my order on the til after I came back. I tried calling a 800 number online but it wasn?t aworking number. Manager took a half an hour to get me a phone number for a phone number that worked but wasn?t the phone numberthat could assist me. That was a waste of time, that phone service employee couldn?t help and gave me the same phone numberthat I found online that didn?t work. At best they sent me out the door with an order I didn?t care to have, I wasn?t going toeat it. I just wanted my money refunded. I am so grossed out with orders being remade. I don?t trust that process at all. Thepizza is in the garbage. But hey at least they just didn?t take my money. I can?t say all the customer service was bad, thecashier dude was very helpful with what he could. Read more
