Car wash malfunction. Stuck in it for 10 minutes before the employee finally came and gave me a new code telling me I had to go... back around. There were five other people in line behind me. So basically I was told that I had to start all over and eventhough I asked if I could, I was told I could not just go outside and put the code in so I would not have to wait an hour inline. Poor service and lazy employee. I would not suggest the other location either, the car wash malfunctions there and thekids at the counter couldn?t figure out how to give me a refund so I just lost my money.
