Erbs is one of my top two sandwich shops. Good selection of subs, soups, and other sides.
The last 2 times we've tried eating here they were out of just about everything. When we did order subs they were made... incorrectly. To top it off, we tried dining in today with our son and the doors were locked with no sign up on the door. Used tolove eating here, but it's not worth it anymore. Read more
Food was good and order was right. I have a word of advice for delivery: When you REQUIRE 20% for gratuity, that's not gratuity.... Call it what it really is. It's a delivery fee. Why am I required to "tip" 20% before I even get the order? Trust me. I don'tmind tipping. I'm part of the industry and I usually tip more than most because of that. I just don't feel you can call it a tipwhen I'm required to pay it. Gratuity is a gesture for services rendered at the discretion of the person, not the business. Staff was professional and friendly! That's were it stops, our Turkey subs had one slice of turkey one slice of cheese and... mounds of lettuce. My broccoli cheddar soup was so thick, it was like eating paste, the southwest chili my fiancée ordered hadgrease floating on top. Very dissatisfied, we went there in the past and the food was good.
