I think this photo of bagel will fully explain my experience. Unfriendly customer service. They don?t know how to cut the bagel... correctly. Unbelievable. Although I asked for if this was supposed to look like this. They answered with bad excuse ?during thistime of a day? blah blah blah.? Shut up. You guys are working under the well-known trusted brand. You were supposed to apologizefirst. They even can?t follow my order. I ordered latte with emphasized words ?light ice.?Then it came with regular amount ofice. Have those employees stand on the line by themselves when they know where they are workin. Never coming back. I came in for breakfast and coffee. Their food and coffee are great! Not only that, but the interior of the building makes you... feel comfortable and roomy. The service was also very good. The employees were ready to take my order as soon as I walked up tothe register and my order was ready by the time I finished my order. The staff behind the counter were absolutely lovely. Made my hot chocolate to perfection and seemed to understand that I... couldn't handle very hot drinks. The young lady behind the counter was kind enough to add a little extra milk so I can drink myhot chocolate. Everybody was friendly and their little shop is cozy and welcoming.
