Our experience here was terrible, starting from calling the hotel to get transferred to Garbanzo's to placing our order and... then picking it up. I will never return to place an order here. The pizza dough and bonzo bread was not cooked enough. Theonly positive thing was the first worker we encountered who helped us was trying to do his best. He was 14 years old and wassupposed to be off by 7 pm based on labour laws in ND and was still assisting customers at 9:30 pm....... I do not recommendordering takeout from this establishment at all! First let me start by saying this is the absolute worst place I?ve ever been. The staff is very rude and snobby. Me and my... husband was waiting in line for our food which we ended up waiting for ever for our food that was cold and the pizza was Soggy.While we waiting we over heard a man working there Wearing a Christmas sweater making fun of customers and say racial slurs Icouldn?t believe the stuff coming out of his mouth it literally made me sick. On top of that it was dirty and my husband swearshe seen some kinda of bugs. And then my kids kept getting robbed for there money on the there arcade cards because a lot of thegames don?t even work and there?s no out of service sign on any of the games we ended up spending a bunch of money really onnothing I do not recommend going there ever for The arcade. On a better note the water park is awesome the staff running thewaterpark very friendly kids really nice very helpful I do recommend the waterpark. But the older staff that run The arcadeshould definitely take pointers from the younger staff running the water park. Read more
I ordered a pizza with a garden salad. There?s only one person working at the counter, going to the back every 2 minutes to get... ready orders. Why is there only one person working at the counter? Anyways, the guy said it would be about a 20 to 25 min waitand it was to be brought to our table. 50 minutes still waiting for our order, I go to the counter and ask we?re our order is.Then he runs to the back and came back with my pizza and salad. The pizza was meh, but the breadsticks with the garden saladwere strait out revolting! With Kraft Parmesan cheese sprinkled on the bread, hard like rock on the top, gross soggy bottom! Whydoes it even come with the salad! It?s just gross! The management in this place really needs to step it up and actually makesome changes. You?re kidding me! Almost an hour for a pizza and salad! And Canad Inns, this experience was not acceptable to meand I do accept you?re apologize but please make a change with garbanzos or just shut it down! Read more
2 stars for the restaurant and 4 stars for the arcade. The pizza was decent but unmemorable and the salad was soaked in... dressing. Horrible just straight disgusting. Not even sure there was sauce on my pizza. 17% charge to bring it to my room (nope I will go... get it). The marinara sauce for bread sticks tastes like chunky rotel with vinegar. I am a lil picky with pizza but when thekids will barley eat it it's bad. Read more
Our family did not have a good experience at the pool/arcade cafe. We ordered 2 large pizzas and 1 small pizza, a pitcher of... soda, and some breadsticks. The order took almost an hour to finish. Our breadsticks and two of our three pizzas we ordered werecold. When it was finished, the server couldn't find our table and went so far as to go into the pool area when we were right infront of him. When he couldn't find us in the pool, he went back to the counter and WAITED FOR US TO COME TO HIM. Close to theend of our meal, we found metal shards in our crust. DO NOT EAT HERE. Needing new staff is an understatement. After reading other reviews I can?t even believe they haven?t done anything about it yet... because nothing has changed. The arcade and food is great!! Our kids had a blast. But when trying to order from the counter orredeem tickets the worker with the pink hair (Sammy is her name I believe) was EXTREMELY rude. To busy on her phone and when shefinally did acknowledge you all you get it attitude. I went and asked if our food that we ordered was ready and she stared medown for at least 10 seconds and then very rudely said ?I?ll go check on it?. As if I was an inconvenience. She will have a hugewake up call when she gets in the workforce that doesn?t tolerate that behavior. The other worker, Lexi, was super great!!! Shewas kind and I could tell she was trying to do her best. The pink haired girl actually yelled at her in front of customers. Itwas very unprofessional and quite frankly she should check herself first. Want to come back but if the staff doesn?t change itwill be pretty hard to bring our kids around behavior like that.
