I highly suggest the Fried pickles and Cajun Pasta. Food was great, food came out in a timely manner, and the atmosphere was... awesome! Read more
Rudest staff and owners I have ever seen. Save yourself some frustration. Edited after response posted: Note: You should not... comment publicly about interactions between an employee and employer when you are neither. (It's also probably not a good ideaif you are, considering potential legal issues.) My post was a valid, truthful review based on my experience - not a personalattack. However your response is personal, which you apparently feel is necessary because you have no response to the actualcomplaints of rude staff. Even though the restaurant is not part of the hotel, the front desk staff are forced to apologize foryour poor service. I love a good time, and was a bartender in Denver (in bars that were far more fun), but a hotel needs toconduct business. That includes being able to hear and be heard by hotel guests. And remember, you are located in a hotel, notthe other way around. If your owners weren't so rude and self-absorbed, they would have taken care of the sound issue. Also, you should know that it's not responsible to have your customer threaten hotel staff - especially one of your best customers.(If you WERE responsible, you would know this was what was happening, not an argument.) Overall not a bad place for some food. I ordered online for pickup on their website. One thing is that its super awkward to do a... pickup order as its very unclear where to go or who to talk to. I ordered the chicken rice bowl for $13. Overall the food itselfwas warm, however it was very flavorless, especially the rice. I think that whatever has changed since the rice bowls were puton the menu needs to be changed back as I will not be returning because paying $13 for a flavorless rice and chicken bowl makesno sense. Also the rice had an interesting texture almost like it was cooked for too long. Overall was disappointed which is sadsince the rice bowls last year when they were put onto the menu were out of this world. Also the garlic bread was soggy howeverthats to be expected I suppose when its a to go order. I have included a picture of how the rice bowls used to look versus howmine was. Read more

Just attended a wedding and was extremely disappointed. Meat options were not labeled. People weren't sure what they were... putting on their plate. The salad and tea buns should have been at the beginning of the buffet. The cupcakes were not set out ina timely fashion so people though they were all gone. The tableclothes were not ironed and apron lengths were uneven. You couldsee under the tablecloth of the wedding party table. Thankfully no one had a short dress. The woman bartender never smiled andacted as if she was doing you a favor by getting drinks. I'm sure she was paid well. Also the tip jar had lots. I WOULD NOTRECOMMEND THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT A NICE EVENT. I expected more from a Ramada. Also, the men's bathroom flooded. The woman'sbathroom had 3 stalls that didn't flush. The event room had no air conditioning. People were sweating. It was a disaster... Read more
