We waited for 20 minutes in the drive through and the line still wasn't moving so we went inside. I ordered my food and the... whole thing was disorganized and ended up being wrong, not to mention the food was cold. I asked for my order to be correctedand the employees in the back were swearing/yelling and then they threw the burgers down the order slide all angry. The food wasdisgusting looking, so I asked for a refund. The girls at the front were nice but the guys in the back need lessons in hygieneand respect. Very very unprofessional and gross! Read more
The staff are really amazing and you can get a good breakfast here.... if you catch it at the right time you can get a decent... meal... it's better than Dq and I give them 1 star... so 2 is fair Read more

It was the Saturday morning of the May long weekend...we stopped at this A&W as we had never been to this one(A&W's are our... default place to eat when traveling)...found the place clean, the service was super and the food was hot and delicious...Weenjoyed our experience at this restaurant and July 15th on our way to Penticton plan on stopping there again... Looks new, but was surprised with the inside being really filthy. Everything looked like it needed to be cleaned. To be fair, it... did not look like there were more then two employees so maybe they were short staffed and one was trying to clean tables.Hopefully, they can staff it better and get it back to a clean state. Fries good, coffee ok , chicken sandwich a bit naff ! Issue with staff, pleasant but stood behind counter on phones , unhygienic... and fairly unpleasant, maybe focus on customers and clean a few tables. If better would visit on a regular basis. Read more
