They advertise one price but charge doubble when you get there..Not impressed and really don't even deserve the one star I gave... them.Wont be ordering from there again and will strongly advise others to go to Leftys pizza way better all the way around. Read more
Had to wait a little bit for my pizza but to be expected when ordering food that needs cooking lol, staff were extremely... apologetic about the wait and very friendly and polite :) good food takes time! And it was certainly good food! Read more
They may have fooled up my order for my client but quickly resolved it and my order was nice and hot and delicious
This place is still good but they used to have their meat on a spit roast machine and now it's pre-sliced which does take away... from the authenticity a bit. That's the only reason I gave four stars instead of five. That said, the flavors are still goodif not the texture, and at this location the staff is very friendly. 5 stars for staff! Read more
UPDATE: Was banned from the store for daring to complain to corporate. Used to be an extremely regular customer, often ordered... once every week. Never again. Placed an order on the website. Got the order and it was wrong. No big deal, right? They'll justreplace it. Nope! The manager on duty at 9pm on May 11, 2021 "kindly" informed me that because it was an online issue, theywould neither replace the pizza nor refund the order, even with video evidence of me placing the order properly online and evenwith me up front stating that I'd be happy to return the incorrect pizza. He said that my only hope of getting the correct pizzawas to talk to the owner directly whenever they were around or to call corporate. After a few minutes of arguing over Greco'serror, I stated that I wanted a refund and he finally said that I'd have to return the pizza, something I had offered to dowithin the first ten seconds of the call and had repeated multiple times. Fine. Only then when I went in to complain and showedthe video that I'd already stated on the phone that I was happy to show them did they finally agree to replace my pizza withwhat I'd ordered, nearly an hour after I'd ordered it. This is how to lose a customer you've had for years and this place is anexpert at it. Read more
Waited 25 minutes to ask if I was placing an order, only wanted 2 slices at lunchtime only to be told by the rudest person I... have ever encountered in the service industry that there were no slices and it would be at least 40 minutes, ridiculous. Won'tbe going back again. Read more
