This restaurant claims to be a fine dining experience. We arrived for an early dinner, a birthday dinner, which we told to our... server, and that went unacknowledged. The room was empty except for one group of loud talking men. We were seated right next totheir table, an unhappy situation. The wine was mediocre at best. We ordered what we thought would be the best of theiroffering, buffalo short ribs and chilean sea bass. Not only was the food disappointing in flavor, but also it wasn't hot. Justbarely warm. For an empty dining room, it seems like they could at least have warmed the food thoroughly. We didn't finish ourmeal, and left as quickly as we could. So disappointing!! Read more

My meal was cook to perfection. Some of the other meals were served cold and My daughter N.Y Steak was overcooked. Our server... Juan was amazing -kind, friendly and took the time to make sure we were having a good experience. Can't say the same for some ofthe other staff who worked that night. Read more

Can't give preferred score of 3.7. Beautiful dining room with linen on linen tables and very comfortable red leather seats plus... a few lovely booths. To go from what it is to a truly remarkable steak house wouldn't take much. Tell the bartender and the tallwaiter to shut the hell up. Their voices carry clear across the room and ruin what would otherwise be a pleasant ambiance.Whoever makes the ceasar salad should NOT put stem end in salad and the leaves should be removed from broccoli before cookingand serving. Prime was spectacular and the salmon was superb Read more

Me and my wife really enjoyed our dinner here. Food was great and the service was excellent. It's a classy restaurant and the... atmosphere was romantic for the two of us watching the sunset while eating. I highly recommend their set menu. It's greatvalue. We ordered the prime rib and half chicken from the set menu. The caesar salad and creamy chicken soup were good. Themedium rime rib was excellent. It was quite big although the menu said 8oz. My wife could not finish it. It came with someveggies which was just perfectly cooked. My chicken was a little salty to my taste but it was acceptable. The atmosphere wasgreat. The restaurant was classy and nicely decorated. They server with full tablecloth, fine silverware and glassware. We satby the large window overlooking a small garden. We ate while the sun went down. It was romantic. I can see why peoplecomplained about the service. First we had to wait 25 min for a table, not because the restaurant was full, but because theywere short-staffed. In fact, the place was pretty empty, only about 5 tables were there. We sat down and were quickly servedwith water and breads by Vanessa, a very friendly lady who was busing the tables. Breads were delicious and she gave us a secondbasket no problem. We then waited for another 15 min before the server came to us. It turned out the waitress at the front didnot tell him he was our server. Anyway, Juan came and he was fantastic. He took our order and stroke a friendly conversation. Hecame back a few times to make sure our food was okay and refilled our water. Even the bartender lady came to ask us if we neededanything. I think a little understanding and patience will go a long way. Read more

Not too bad. Ordered a medium cooked steak but it came as medium rare, still tasted fine. Good Caesar salad dressing; chicken... was a right? Read more

Quick Summary The steakhouse in the Best Western. Food was decent, our waiter, Alec, was excellent, but food did take a while to... arrive. Reservations are encouraged but we got lucky with a walk-in after sunset Food- 4 stars Bread- complimentary bread wasgood. Nothing special, but good to wet the appetite Ribeye- they cooked it perfectly, but not the best marbling orseasoning. Seabass- this was pretty good Service- 5 stars Our server, Alec, was fantastic throughout. The kitchen was runninga bit slow though to get our food (probably around 30-40 minutes to get our meal) Bottom Line The prices can be a bit expensivesince it's in the Grand Canyon area with limited options. However, the Coronado Room is a decent dinner spot when you're stayingat the Best Western Read more

Good food, probably the best in town. Friendly service but not the most efficient. A little pricey but quality was there.

Service was good. Bar was running a bit behind. A bit of a limited menu and the one thing that was really vegetarian and/or... allergy friendly they were out of which was a bummer. Definitely pricey and I'm not sure I'd say the food or drinks are up topar with the price. The space is pretty and everyone was very friendly. Read more
