Reviews for McDonald's in Grand Canyon Village, AZ
Very rude middle aged mexican lady with a low bun very unprofessional as well as impatient in the drive-thru. Maybe she should... be cleaning the bathrooms or wiping down tables with an attitude like that wondering if she even speaks English , I asked herfor napkins and ketchup 100 times before she angrily pushed them down in my bag tearing my bun and smashing my fries . . . Goodthing I don't live here I wouldn't want to encounter such terrible customer service again. Read more
The food was okay. The restaurant is pretty maintained for a McDonald?s. My only problem was that the sauces seemed very..out of... date. The Buffalo ranch was very creamy compared to the more water like consistency Buffalo sauce at basically every otherMcDonald?s. The ranch tasted very old and bland. And the packets of sauce were inflated as if they were left for a while.Otherwise it?s good. The food is overpriced which is expected especially for being themed around the Grand Canyon. Andeverything else was just as fine :) Read more
Every time I go, staff is super friendly. I?m a local and love this McDonalds
A quick stop on the way into the Park, good old reliable McDonalds nearby for a snack. Ouch! Great Caesar?s Ghost Superman! A... $12 medium Big Mac meal and a $11 medium Filet-o-Fish meal! Didn?t break the bank but broke our hearts. Read more
This is ridiculous, price gouging is horrific here! They?re charging $11-13 for things that cost $6 at home. So expensive we... turned around and walked right back out. Go to Foodie Club down the road, similar prices by it you get way more food and it?s sogood! There?s no reason a for these prices other than absolute greed. Find places that give you more for your money! Read more
Incredibly nice staff and fast service! Very much appreciated that, especially with it being the morning and trying to get to... the Grand Canyon on time. I will say the prices felt sky high for somebody from Texas/New Mexico though; I mean everything wasliterally double what I?m used to. Read more
Great ambience in an old nostalgic looking town just before teaching the south rim of the grand canyon. However, its quite... remote location requires water to be trucked in and the staff housed by the owners, just to be open, so, prices reflected thecost of that necessity! Interesting, but not reality worth the additional cost per person to eat minimally. P.S. This pic is ofthe polished metal door/entrance to the bathroom. Thought it was different and eye-catching.
