Regularly don't update website. Have subs and deserts available to buy yet when you get there they never have it in store. 1 in... every 4 times I order online and show up 20 minutes later my order hasn't been touched and I wait in line like everyone else...What's the point of ordering ahead. Not only was the toaster not working, but I was refused a Italian BMT because they were out salami. What kind of sandwich shop... runs out of salami. They wouldn't even double another one of the meats for me. Read more
I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone!!! The services is awful....1 persona working waited 20 minutes to make one sub... and a salad with only one person ahead of us. The salad barely covered the bottom of the bowl.Spoke to the manager Nicole andthere was nothing she could do it was out fault because we only had spinach in our salad. REALLY!!!!! They checked theircamera's and that's policy!!! REALLY $10 for a salad that isn't even enough to feed a toddler....Lost business here, I willNEVER go there again!! Shame on you! Read more
Barely any cheese was put on (then usual) had to pay $1 for it to be done right and the steak wasnt spread out at all at least 2... inches on each side of the footlong with nothing on it when i asked for it to be spread out i got the dirtiest look and she justtaps it not fixing it at all, then for the bbq sauce she put one line on across barely any sauce then when i ask for a littlebit more she just smothers the whole thing. Tried 3 times and got the same results. Drive the extra 20 mins for the westsidelocation. Read more
