Great, great value. Food is very good. Maybe a little bit to good... I order much to often ???? Merci Salvatoré From 5 down... to 3... The last 3-4 orders were way below par :-/ For example last night I ordered two poutines at 17:10. Ok it was Holloween,so I was ready to accept a certain lag on their part. So I requested my food for 18:30. 18:30 comes and goes 19:00 I call tofigure out when they will come. I was told max 20 minutes 19:37 I call again. "We are SOO sorry, but you order is (getting cold)still at the restaurant, you should be getting it soon" NO! Keep it. I want a refund! So Thank you Salvatore, we tried a newplace tonight... The resto is clean and the food is good, definitely going back.
It took two hours to deliver two poutines?. As a result, the popcorn chicken was soggy nothingness in the very watery liquid... sauce. Paying extra for add-ons is useless when they don?t give it to you. Was about to order from another place but then theypulled up in my driveway. Could not contact the store either for updates on my order; no one answered the phone line. Alsodisappointed to find out they took the mini size (4x5) out of their menu. Beware that the small size (used to be 7in) is now themini?. I get inflation but wow. Would have been a better move to increase the prices but keep the sizes the way they are. Absolute best pizza in town! Absolute worst service. 3 times in a row now they've screwed up our order and when we called they... were rude and offered no help in fixing the issue. Not surprisingly the mistakes always cost us more money than them, smallerpizza than ordered, ordered 3 toppings and received one, ect. Last time we order delivery, but we're willing to try ordering atthe store next time so if the screw it up they can tell us to our faces that they don't plan to do anything. Read more
The sign on the restaurant on rue Principale in Granby was out last night so I passed right by the place when I went to pickup... my pizza ! It would help if that got fixed because I needed to take another 5 minutes (with traffic lights) to drive around theblock. Read more
