The kid answering the phone the last two times we have ordered has the WORST phone etiquette I have ever experienced. You need... to train your staff simple courtesy, especially if you?re unable to serve half the items on your order because of ?supplyshortages?. Read more
Loved the pizza. There was a scrawny lanky kid that took our order. He was the nicest young man. Wow! We could not have been... more thankful for his kindness and his ability to serve this restaurant. We loved the pizza great amount of toppings and greatamount of sauce. My grandma was with us and she is getting up there in age, the young man behind the counter was so kind to her.We will be coming back and will be sure to order from this place whenever we are in Granby. We used to eat here all the time when we lived in MO, was great food and would normally recommend eating here. We were visiting... and decided to grab it for old times sake. However, whoever the kid is working the store now (scrawny lanky looking guy, didn?tget his name) is an absolute business killer for the owners. Was rude and short with my SO on the phone, was short in store aswell. Judging by the reviews of similar nature, y?all need to nix that issue out. If I still lived here I would NOT come backjust because of that customer service interaction, no matter how good the food is. I won?t be coming back to order at this placejust because of the horrendous attitude that employee has. To the business owners: I strongly recommend you look through recentreviews of a similar experience and try to find which hire is acting this way. Staff answering phone were very short. Didnt want to explain a few menu items. Ordered a thick crust pizza and wings.. The crust... is thinner than any (thin) crust pizza ive ever ate amd i ordered thick crust. Payed for extra cheese and there is barely anycheese on it. Lady in front wearing gloves touching everything including orders and money wothout changing them. Deffinetlywould skip over this place amd buy a frozen pizza down the road. Read more
