I walked in to grab my child A doughnut, And the person behind making food, a gentleman interrupted me while I was having a... conversation and told me that I needed to have a mask on. Which I have no problem wearing a mask in this instance I was in ahurry and forgot to wear one. It was not The fact he asked me to put a mask on it was the way he talked to me like he was apolice officer or something with the disrespect in his voice. The best part about all this was, he wasn?t even wearing his maskcorrectly, it was below his nose. I will never ever go back to this location again. Read more
Always have a problem at this Dunkin. My workplace right near there. Cannot place a large order for meetings because they... immediately say 'we are understaffed' . They expect me to go through the drive through to order boxes of Joe, muffins, bagelsand doughnuts. Unbelievable. Staff also lacks in customer service skills. Go to Dunkin in South Hadley. We paid for 2 orders of hash browns - on received one, paid for two tea bags - only got one, asked for veggie cream cheese twice... - got plain cream cheese, and the employee was annoyed that we ordered anything other than a plain coffee therefore completelyruining the order. It's sad when people try to take advantage of a paying client. We will not go to this location ever again andwill also tell all family members in the area to not visit this location ever again. All other surrounding DD's are much moreattentive and actually get the order right. Extremely upset and bothered that we were taken for a ride and were burned solelyfor the fact that we didn't double check prior to getting home. Customers can expect to wait long lines and also be told to ?park and white? while they bring out your food to you minutes... later- an unsuccessful attempt to make the slow car line be less slow. I ordered through the drive thru. Before covid I used to go to this Dunkin all the time. Since I?ve only been a few times. Went... this morning and got a coffee and a bacon egg and cheese bagel sandwich. I asked for extra bacon which was not added. There werealso multiple hairs in the breakfast sandwich.
