Awful. Idk how the reviews are so high. Confusing entrance, (no sign with the name and one entrance for takeout, the other is... around the back for dining room with no hostess station or greeter. Totally bizarre.) the waitress acted like we wereinterrupting her meal - she was eating between the 3 tables she was serving. She literally threw the to go container on thetable and was SO unpleasant the whole time) , the rolls were average at best, and the chicken was so greasy it made me feel sickafterwards. I ordered a coke and a can was plunked down on the table. The check is a QR code that you pay on your own. All inall, it's literally set up to have the least amount of service/interaction with your server. Definitely won't go back. There aremuch better places. Read more
Hot and spicy food! Nice sticky Japanese rice bowls with a variety of pork for protein (the other white meat).
Fast and great service, salads with ginger dressing is really good. Portion sizes for Ramen are large, broth is delicious. I... wouldn't recommend Ramen noodles as they seemed to be overcooked possibly? The noodles had sections that were clumped uptogether in a hard chewy way that was very appealing. Had The Darkness ramen. Enjoyed everything about it. Generous portion for the chashu and the ajitama was perfect. Also had the... wings (both flavors) and they were gone before I remembered to take a picture. Definitely come hungry. Read more

This time around I really got to see how good their customer service was while watchingthem make my rolls. One of the guys spoke to me the entire time I waited.
