I?ve been a member at this Golf Course since 2007. Moral of the story, we were scammed out of $30K plus by fraudulent activity... associated with the golf course. Mike is the pro that treats everyone like he is better than them, even though at age 29 I?veaccomplished more in my pinky. I played at Pole Creek Golf Club in Winter Park yesterday and realized how garbage Grand Elk is.Overpriced and the members treat everyone like it?s a private golf course. I won?t be wasting my money at Grand Elk every again.You can find our house on hole 8! Oh, and buying a home, the HOA will mess the accounting up somehow lol. One of the highlights of our trip! Country-club level service on a public course, and probably the most bang for my buck that... I?ve had golfing. We were greeted immediately pulling into the parking lot by a couple caddies that delivered our carts, loadedour clubs for us, and packed a cooler with water. The pro shop staff was also very laid back and helpful. The range wasbeautiful. The balls provided were good quality, and organized and ready-to-go when we pulled in. The course was in greatshape, and was so unique in its style of play. The front 9 has a completely different layout and approach from the back 9. Itwas challenging, and no 2 holes were alike. Summer escape from busy city life in Denver. Golf course is amazing during warm days. This place is even more beautiful in... winter. Always LOVE to play Grand Elk Colf Club. From the moment you park your car you feel welcomed. The staff greets you at your... vehicle with your cart already stocked and ready to go. From there you can make your way to the golf pro shop check in and graban awesome beverage to take the edge off before a round. Complimentary range balls with your round are a nice touch to get theblood pumping and stretch out. That's just the ammenities before the round begins! The course is nothing short of amazing.Technical fairways that are very forgiving, even for a mid handicap like myself. This rough is TOUGH! And the greens are TRICKY,I will say that. And the back 9 will give you a run for your money. Don't have too many at the turn! But always a pleasure atGrand Elk Golf Club. The staff is amazing, the facility is top notch and the course is always in great shape. And 90 minutesfrom Denver with gorgeous views of the Rocky Mountain National Park. What are you waiting for?! Great golf course, fun clubhouse with nice views, good location near downtown Granby but far enough away from town. Peyton is... an awesome bartender and Darby has to be the most efficient cartgirl I've ever seen, she's ubiquitous and saw her at least 7times! I hope these ladies stay here forever, they're awesome!
