Never been turned away from getting bar service a 1/2 hr. before closing time (which was posted everywhere) even the manager was... not nice. We even heard them (everyone) talking about us in the kitchen. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, but I guess that is what you getpost Covid.... not cool Lost easy service and $$$ Read more
Had the BBQ plate and the Wedge Salad with steak. All of them were excellent and prepared quickly. The steak was prepared... perfectly and the brisket was absolutely melt-in-your mouth delicious. To top it off, the service was excellent even though therestaurant was really busy. Read more
3/5 - It?s okay Bluebird bistro is a convenient restaurant when you are up in the sky area. But the food is overpriced for what... it is. The pepperoni pizza is subpar with a tomato sauce that lacks taste. I?d recommend you get the mushroom pizza since ismore flavor packed with the caramelized onions. Read more

We dined here our first evening in the mountains and not yet having acclimated to the... altitude, I didn't want a lot of fat, which was tough with their limited off-season menu (Ruben, pulled pork sandwich, friedchicken sandwich or brisket sandwich).
