I was in there this afternoon - noonish - asked for a Venti Iced Skinny Vanilla Latte made with heavy whipping cream - of course... when the person read it back to they did not mention Heavy whipping Cream so I clarified again - ?Please use Heavy WhippingCream? and the reply was - ?Yes absolutely we will?!! They did not - $6.01 WASTED!!!! That?s a lot of money to throw awayespecially when the customer clarified twice they wanted the drink made with heavy whipping cream..... Read more
