I own a training program and have owned full operational gyms since2009. I am also an adult competitive athlete-power lifter, CrossFit competitor, mma fighter and forms competitor. I know whatI?m talking about when I say THIS place is SPOT ON in every way. She provides options for every BODY, as well asself-accountable services to monitor your body composition. She can energize pre workout, post workout or provide a healthymeal replacement that is balanced and does not contain sugary add ins and enhancements. I leave feeling like I?ve had a treatbut without any guilt! It?s like sitting at the bar with genuine friends but without the negative impact of the bar environment. Her facility is 100% full of mind, body and soulful energies that leave me feeling better and more balanced than when Iarrived. Every. Single. Time. I highly recommend stopping in for a healthy refreshment or TASTY meal replacement shake! Of allthe places I?ve been locally, NONE have it mastered like 360 Nutrition. I absolutely love getting shakes from Dana at 360 Nutrition! She is the master of yummy shakes!! Some of my favorites are Salted... Carmel, banana split, key lime pie, the Calcote, fruity pebbles, funky monkey, and fudge bomb! If you haven?t tried one of hershakes you?re missing out!! Highly recommend!! Read more
