I love pick up Stix! The staff are very professional/nice and the place is clean. My issue is with the current packaging which... significantly lowers the portion size of food compared to the original box packing. Also something has changed in the way housespecial beef is cooked it's certainly not like the original house special beef that I used love and enjoy. Pick up your phone and search for something else because this was simply horrendous. Cashier was very knowledgeable and customer... service was great. The true problem lies in the cooking. I ordered a kung Pao chicken with chow main and an egg roll. thenoodles were way over cooked and doused in a sweet sauce and lots of oil. I have never seen soggy breaded kung pao chicken withhoisin sauce and no nuts!.. not appetizing. As far as looks and customer service goes this place is 4 out of 5 but in terms offood quality (what really matters) it's a 1. First time coming here in a while and unfortunately my last.
