What a useless places to order, i was trying to place an order for delivery was having issued since 1230am om Sat. Called the... place see if i can place the order, they said they couldn't place it because they were mopping and weren't able to take anyorders over the phone. Utterly useless place always an issue when i order. After i hanged up and suddenly the order wentthrough , they canceled automatically because they couldn't be bothered to make another pizza. Whatever happened to customer service, the way he handled the situation was hanging up on me. Disgusting place honestly, if i were you i would spend my moneyelse were until the owner or the corp make changes to staff or switches hands. This Domino's has been our local pizza delivery for over 15 year's. The drivers have always been amazing. The people who answer... are usually always very friendly and helpful. And the pizza and order are always right. The handful of times they made a mistakethey have always given us a new pizza asap and a free future pizza. Honestly my favorite Domino's pizza. ????????? This is the 4th time we order from this location and get less than satisfying food. We order from this location because it is... the closest to us. We order extra sauce and never get it. The pizza is so dry and only a few slices have sufficient cheese. Thepizza was mainly bread and crust. So disappointed. Read more
This location is usually good, but over the last six months, it has gone absolutely downhill. They never make your food on time... when you place an order in advance. I have so many free pizzas but do not want to try to use them because they cannot have itready. And there is no sense of urgency or sincerity when they are late. Whomever is in charge of this location needs to take along hard look at the staff. When one of the employees finally brings my order and I try to ask a question about why it took solong, he just brushed me off with "have a good night" as he had already walked off. Read more
This location is far better than the Panorama city location on Roscoe/Columbus. I?ll drive farther for the excellent customer... service & quality of food. This time I tried cheddar cheese, which gives it a darker look but it?s not over cooked at all. Fetais good too. This location, as well as the one on Sepulveda/Vanowen is superior to my local Dominos by far. Read more
Always get fresh hot pizza , perfectly cooked with fresh ingredients. Staff is friendly whether you get delivery or carry out.... Place itself is kept clean inside. Parking can be hard to find sometimes, lot is small. Read more
