They Have the rudest employees but most the time the spicy chicken sandwich is good if they have it.

Did drive thru , ordered butterfly shrimp , hush puppy's and dipping sauce. Waited in parking lot for food bout 6 minutes , .in... a rush left to work. When I checked the order (1 hr. Later) butterfly shrimp was regular fried shrimp , no sauce or hushpuppy's to be found and chicken must have been under the heat lamp for quite awhile. Not much pride there. Read more
Went inside and was told ?drive thru only?..not even greeted. Went to drive thru. Sat for 5 minutes. Finally said hello and... instantly was told ?20 minute wait on everything?..told them what I felt and immediately took my money elsewhere. Not that theemployees cared- they don?t own the business. Tonight I went to Popeyes and I was not pleased at all. First of they forgot my 3 jalapenos. Secondly, I ordered a family meal... and got two half cup of red beans which were suppose to be large. Lastly, I received a bug in the bottom of my red beans cup.The little red beans they did put in there. The red beans should be 3 scoops of beans 3 scoops of rice. That was a small. Yes Iwas a Popeyes employee before. I could have went somewhere else if I knew that is what would have happened. Read more
