Why is it that every time we try to go to this location it is not open.. Says it opens at 6am and it was 7:30am and can't get... in. Not very convenient at all... Quick Trip it is. You guys are losing a lot of business, and getting a bad reputation. Read more
This is the worst Casey's experience yet. I ordered two pizzas. Single topping now 14$ Supreme even more. Prices keep going up... but I thought no worries its so good a s my mother loves it so I order two. My husband didn't look in boxes as it was busy. Open them at my moms and was so shocked to see half the toppings as usual and the pizza was so under done we could not pick itup. If it were not for being Mothers Day and not wanting to lose visiting time with her this pizza would have been back at yourstore for a refund. I have never had this experience at the Casey's in Blue Springs on Woods Chappel. Shame on your store forboxing pizza up like that. Read more
You location has broken card readers. Happened at multiple visits, while my card functions everywhere else. Last trip the... cashier suggested my card wasn't authentic and to call my bank. Drove to the Casey's a few miles away where it worked withoutflaws. So I guess you have customer service issues too. If you like Casey's then go for it. This store is back to requiring a mask that doesn't work before entering. Because other... people with poor hygiene touch everything in the store, touch any food that is "ready to eat" and touch everything you wantbefore you leave the store and ingest what you bought, therefore ingesting the germs they are pretending to protect everyone &you from. Ordered pizza at 6:47 pm for delivery that had a 40 min delivery time. We called at 7:57 pm to see what the deal was and they... said they were just about to put it in the oven. I said I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund and the kid hung up on me.I called back, he answered again and tried blaming me that I hung up on him. So they forgot all about our order and then wereextremely rude when we canceled the order. Casey?s pizza is amazing but the customer service at this location is terrible. Read more
Casey's has the best pizza you can get at a gas station period. Its actually about my favorite pizza even from a pizza joint.... Store is always well stocked and clean. I have no complaints! Read more
Used my free pizza from purchasing other pizzas. Never been to this location and my oak Grove location was 1h out on pizza.... Arrived at the location 4 minutes early for pickup And 3 employees standing around talking and my order had not even beenstarted nor were there any other orders already going. One employee said it would be 10 minutes. Pick up time was 5:07 pm andit's now 5:23 and just going in the oven. Would not recommend this location. Read more
