Horrible horrible service. Walk in with a baby in our arms, sit at a dirty booth, wait 5 minutes waitress says ?it?ll be a while... before we get to you because others were here first.? Ok?? At least clean off the table so we can sit down to wait. We left.Very obvious she wanted us to leave. Whoever is waitressing tonight 10/13/22 needs a lesson in how to at least pretend to careabout customers. Read more
You definitely get different quality of customer service and great work ethic depending who is working. I work for Duke and come... in to get my breakfast on way to work. I normally deal with a male on nights leaving in am or an older lady but this morning Imet a younger woman and she didn?t have the best report to be representing the company. I guess I?ll drive by and see who theremy order was made incorrect by short lady with dreads and the workers was whispering when I stated how it should be. Theninstead of fixing it the put missing items on side like I didn?t pay for it to be on sandwich. Definitely not worth dealing withupon starting your day. Read more

I always go here but I guess they change drink rule every now and then because I have never heard of to go drink can't get... refills if I'm waiting with my drink for my food I want a refill at the end thats what every person does and I guess she feltsome type of way because I paid with???? but that doesn't mean get upset and treat me different I didn't feel welcomed shesounded rushed I think she need better customer service training because a lot of worker know me and are really welcoming likeyou want to eat and get food there but I felt treated different I'm always aloud refills and I explained it to her but sheignored and was ignorant nost of the time she need training Read more
It's been a couple years since I have visited this restaurant and I noticed that they were doing remodeling over the last month.... I stopped in this morning and was greeted when I came in. Blue and I sat down at a corner table and were served very quickly.The restaurant seemed very well kept and was very clean! The coffee was delicious, as usual and once my meal arrived, it wasdelicious as well! I really like the way they redid the restaurant and I'm definitely coming back here for more deliciousbreakfast food! Read more
Food was pretty good. I was eating at the the in mebane nc due to one of the waiters. The waiter got moved to a different ... waffle house so I tried the one where she works at now and her service was the same excellent. Read more
Food was delicious as it always is at Waffle House. The staff were completely unprofessional however arguing with one another... and talking about the other staff members while we were trying to enjoy our breakfast! Read more
