I placed an Order # D6658D97-F9 online tonight that was due to be picked up at 8:55pm. I received a call at 8:44pm from a... female Subway employee informing me that my order had been canceled because they are out of bread. I told her that I would havebeen willing to accept my order as a salad if I could have been given the option. But it was clear that she could really careless about providing the ideal customer service in this situation. I am really disappointed. If you are going to cancel ordersdue to being out of bread, why not shut down your ordering system or offer customers the chance to get a salad instead? Read more

Not enforcing social distancing, first preparer was encouraging people to come forward resulting in a nurse behind me with no... mask breathing down my neck. If your going to change your hours to close a whole hour and a half before your supposed to you need more than just a sign on... your door written in marker or pen. I dont get off work till 8pm so I guess y'all lost a reoccuring customer. Read more

Fantastic Subway. Clean restaurant with very clean bathrooms. Super friendly employee's. Bread and ingredients are always fresh.... Service is always fast and the owner here is a very nice guy. My favorite subway. Bread always fresh and crunchy, never a problem when I ask for extra veggies. Sweet boys, they make a good... sub. Everyone's hours are crazy due to being short-staffed so just go before 8pm to be safe. Protip: take the top half of thesub off for a healthier lunch without doing the salad thing. Read more
