Good service and good people but the protein they use doesn't taste the best. Probably good for you ????

No observable COVID protocols in place as spread of the virus is nearly worse than ever before. Not a single person masked... inside, no social distancing, no outdoor service option. Staff was friendly as we came as part of our Alamance Adventure Race, but we were essentially forced into signing paperwork and disclosing personal information in order to redeem our free shakes. The cashier heavily suggested multiple times that we complete sign-up forms before handing her our shake vouchers and gave noexplanation for why she wanted such detailed information, such as dietary interests, addresses, phone numbers, birthdates and soon. Despite there being no line, we had to wait 15-20 minutes for just four shakes all while hearing about their dietary plans, how their products will improve your immune system and have a bunch of health benefits (which are not scientifically proven andabundantly clear the staff didn?t know what they were talking about). It felt like walking into a time share presentation andwas the only one of 14 businesses in our adventure race that we had any negative experience with. At the end of a 12-hour trip,it was clear to all of us Shamrock was the lowlight of the day for all team members of our group, and we will be alerting theAlamance County Rec Department of our horrible experience in our feedback. The employees made us feel uncomfortable, unsafe andunable to leave. As to the quality of the beverages themselves, the different shakes did not taste good to most members of ourgroup. No real fruit, only an over-powdered mess reminiscent of a pixie stick. One of our group members is an active runner whohas previously had protein shakes and another person is a grad-level nutrition student. One sip was too much for two members andanother had 1/4th of the drink at most. We have zero intention of returning and hope our experience can help others make theirown decision. Meanwhile, we hope Shamrock will do better by not engaging in deceptive marketi Read more

Wonderful establishment with an awesome team of employees. I recommend the Strawberry Cheesecake shake, and the Orange Pineapple... Crush energy tea (when available). Also, ask about their "fat burner" option. Along with short workouts 2-3 days a week, I'mdown 14 pounds in 3 weeks since incorporating Shamrock into my diet. Read more

I?m new to working in the area and I was excited when a coworker recommended Shamrock Nutrition to me! I arrived and saw that... they were taking orders at the door due to COVID-19(which was great!) and that there was no line even though it was aroundlunchtime. I had tried to locate a menu online prior to heading over there but I couldn?t find one, so I took my time readingthe menu that was posted in the window after I had arrived. Well when I turned around a group of 5 people had gotten in line, soI took my place behind them (which was fine!) After waiting a few minutes the group turned to me and told me that they noticedthat I was there before them and I could go ahead of them. I thanked them and went ahead and waited in the doorway. I observedthe lady (I believe her name was Mel) taking orders over the phone, as well as the person in front of me, she was polite andfriendly and offered them $1 to check in on Facebook. Well then it was my turn - she literally looked RIGHT past me as if Ididn?t even exist and started talking to the group of 5 and asking them what they were getting today. I felt discouraged butgave her the benefit of the doubt - that maybe she was overwhelmed and moved back behind the group. Once they finished and Ifinally got to the front of the line again, Mel was incredibly rude - I asked about the the calorie count for the shake I hadchosen and she just pointed to the menu saying ?it SAYS no more than 250 calories? - she asked me for my email address, didn?ttell me for what reason, didn?t provide me a receipt and acted like I was annoying her when I asked for more information aboutone of the flavors of shakes. And I was not offered $1 off to check in on Facebook, even though I had listened to her tellEVERYONE else. While the interactions I observed before me were warm, friendly and welcoming - when it came to me, it was as ifI was a bother to her, as if I wasn?t welcome at the establishment. I then watched as the group of 5 shakes came Read more
