Ordered a NY white pizza while near bc I live an hour plus away now and it was full of onions and was the absolute worst pizza I... have EVER HAD! Called up there to let them know and they offered me another pizza but I have already left and OTW home. Wouldnot issue a refund said owners wouldn?t allow him. I told him I lived over an hour away and he said let me know if you want usto make another pizza I was like no I will pass. Their food use to be really good. Not anymore. Won?t ever go back again andwaste $25 with them. Be aware I guess they put whatever they want to on the food. Read more
My rating is for the pizza. It's a great pizza! I got the deluxe and it has a lot on it- like it should.
Annamarias is close to our home and was always our go to for Italian food. Tonight the baked spaghetti didn?t taste in any way... similar to what we?ve always gotten. My mom and I have ordered take-out from here many times and never had an issue. However, I took my friends to this restaurant... and things were different. While we were ordering, a customer came up and said that her order was missing the garlic knots. Theguy who took our order charged us for the wrong items - I ordered a calzone and cheese sticks. I got a stromboli and no cheesesticks. My friend never got her white sauce until she was almost done with her meal. When we checked with management, the girltold us that "this is what was ordered, if you want it right, you'll have to pay for it". She also told us that the guy takingorders " is a good cook and does things right". She wasn't even sorry that our orders were wrong and didn't try to make itright. Instead, she backed her employee and failed to make the corrections. Due to this, I will most likely not return to thisestablishment. Read more
Born and raised in New York City, it's been very hard to find pizza in NC that comes close to NYC pizza, and I must say, I think... I finally found it! The pizza here definitely felt like being back home. That taste was on point ????. My wife had the PhillyCheesesteak and it was one of the best Cheesesteaks I had in a while. When they say "New York style Pizza", they weren'tkidding. It's as close as you can get it. My only concern was the establishment itself. The restaurant can use a modern update.Overall, the quality of the food was great and I highly recommend this location for some REAL good pizza (can't say that enough,lol) Read more
Ever since the Hispanic people working the restaurant have left the service has not been good. Food is still good but they... habitually get my order wrong, everyone has been respectful when I bring it to their attention but they seem disorganized. Read more
What happened to this restaurant ? We took our Grandson last Saturday to get cheese pizza and we had the salad bar. We had to... remind the people to put the pizza in the oven which has occured before !!! When we finally received pizza it had burnt pizzaremnants that came from oven and were told by Grandson that pizza not edible due to tasting bad !!! We spoke to people who wereworking at the time that pizza was not good and they acted like they didn't care at all !!! You need to tighten up as youremployees have a lack of food quality control and poor (non existent) customer service which inevitably are hurting yourbusiness !!! Read more
My mom and I decided let?s get a slice of pizza and garlic knots to try them out. Garlic knots was frozen after he had them... warmed up in the oven for 5 minutes, and the meat pizza was horrible, plus the marinara sauce was watery! WASTE OF MONEY! Read more
