Ordered a NY white pizza while near bc I live an hour plus away now and it was full of onions and was the absolute worst pizza I... have EVER HAD! Called up there to let them know and they offered me another pizza but I have already left and OTW home. Wouldnot issue a refund said owners wouldn?t allow him. I told him I lived over an hour away and he said let me know if you want usto make another pizza I was like no I will pass. Their food use to be really good. Not anymore. My rating is for the pizza. It's a great pizza! I got the deluxe and it has a lot on it- like it should.
Annamarias is close to our home and was always our go to for Italian food. Tonight the baked spaghetti didn?t taste in any way... similar to what we?ve always gotten. My mom and I have ordered take-out from here many times and never had an issue. However, I took my friends to this restaurant... and things were different. While we were ordering, a customer came up and said that her order was missing the garlic knots. Theguy who took our order charged us for the wrong items - I ordered a calzone and cheese sticks. I got a stromboli and no cheesesticks. My friend never got her white sauce until she was almost done with her meal. When we checked with management, the girltold us that "this is what was ordered, if you want it right, you'll have to pay for it". She also told us that the guy takingorders " is a good cook and does things right". She wasn't even sorry that our orders were wrong and didn't try to make itright.
