We were driving home and stopped here for a mobile pick up so I could get out and rock our crying baby. It was pretty chilly out... and I was probably standing outside my car in the curbside spot after sending my order for 15-20 minutes. No other cars werethere, even in the drive thru, and the employees were just standing around. Someone eventually came out and said "are you themobile order?" I said yes (I was in the right spot so ???). She brought out our food that had just been sitting on the counter.Terrible service. Read more
Stickiest floor ever! Seriously, it was 3 PM on a Friday, it wasn't busy but virtually every table was dirty and our shoes were... literally sticking to the floor. The music was blaring over speakers, including one right by the counter that made to hard toplace our order. They said they were going to bring the food to our table but didn't. While there were remainders of standardtoilet paper rolls, the dispensers were empty - the big rolls must have been stuck on the truck with the happy meal buckets Iguess. I get that most people use the drive thru, but we were on a road trip and just needed a clean place to eat. Read more
I realize this is McDonald's. But after telling them I needed a second in the drive thru, they took like 4 cars from the other... lane before coming back to me. Took soooo long. Then they forgot part of my food that I special ordered for an extracost....cool. Then later I open my cheese danish and I'm pretty sure a dog chewed it up and they had him drop it and they put itin the box. And I got a straw wrapper in there too. Cool. Thanks guys. Terrible. Grafton McDonald's was the worst place I have ever eaten. Super Slow, no ice on the pop machine, plenty of fruit flies though.... Knowing there is no ice,they don't say anything. When you go to the counter they don't say a word. Just let you stand there . Read more
Waited half an hour for food that came out cold and they forgot my drink. Sent my food back. Brought back cold again but... remembered my drink. After another eye roll, sent my food back and got back warm greasy fries. Total time there 50 minutes andtotally disappointed Read more
The food is good and they typically get my order right?I do have substitutions. I try to be pleasant with the drive thru ladies... and most of them are ok but one small framed young lady doesn?t smile and is so rude! She shouldn?t work the drive-thru. I amthere almost everyday and if it wasn?t close to my home, I would go elsewhere! Customer service is so important to besuccessful! I guess it is hard to get good help!!! Read more
