I am super pregnant and easily annoyed. Attempted to order a pizza on the app for delivery. At checkout it asked for a tip which... I entered then after completing realized it was carry out. Was super frustrated, obviously my mistake not paying attention butwhy would the app ask you to tip if you?re picking it up? So I send in my ?complaint? about the app. Well apparently it goesdirectly to the location, by the time my husband picked up the pizza they gave him the tip back and discounted our order. We hadzero complaints about the location and I am horrified if this impacted the location in any negative way at all. They were kindand gracious and we always enjoy our pizza there. Pizza was good, but the service not so much. There are price discrepancies between the website/app and ordering by phone. If... the store employees don't have the authority to resolve, I won't be returning. There are too many Pizza restaurants to becharged 20% more. Read more

Ordered pizza from a dude who sounded stoned and took 15 seconds to reply to anything I said. 40 minutes roll around no pizza.... Call to ask where it is and apparently it's super hard to push the delivery button because there was no record of our order.Decide to just go pick it up when I spoke to the manager she said oh well, maybe the card declined....... At the two different times I been using this pizza store, once pizza was dry and was like card board, even for thin it should... had taste better. Papa John did replace it. Pizza two waiting time was 20 minutes, waited 30 minutes and they gave my pizza toanother customer. Manager said he would make me another right now and bring it to me. After I got home I found the pizza to behot, but it was burned. I may have Papa John's later but not any time soon. Sorry Papa John's but you may have lost a goodcustomer Read more
