This place has been hit or miss over the years, but the last few months have been a sharp decline. The inability of the staff at... this location to handle even the most basic requests is astounding. I hate to even make a review like this. Food was okay, but they were missing something from my order. When I drove back around... to let them know, the girl at the first window was snarky about it for some reason? The rest of the employees were nice. Read more
Ask for just a small slushie and it took about 20 minutes, was not busy. The staff looked like a bunch of homeless kids that... were orphaned. The kid with shoulder bleached hair with nasty black finger nail polish needs to be counseled on how to properlypresent himself. Read more
Horrible! 2nd time there and AGAIN pay for food I didn't get. Unfortunately live 20 minutes from there to go back. So my... suggestion is to always check your order before you leave. Hopefully Mr. Mulheren is aware of how his store is operates. Won'tbe going back there anymore. Read more

I wish I could say this is a random occurrence but this is pretty typical from Grafton McDonalds. Large meal came with medium... fries and there is more sauce on the outside than on the inside of the sandwich. That plus the finger marks all over the bunmake this inedible. Cant even eat the dinner I paid for. It?s also pretty common for them to start parking cars and tellingthem to wait if there are more than 4 people in the drive thru. At first they were okay with rare mistakes but at some point orders would get mixed up, food would be made wrong, food quality... got worse and it was the same with wait time even if they were empty. Wouldn't come here often. Read more
