Not typically one to complain but this was bad enough to mention. Overall beautiful location and would have been a great golf... course expect the entire front 9 was a Mudd hole from airating the course. Keep in mind no mention at all and we?re charginglike a normal day. First 9 holes were like this and we quit for the day. They looked confused when I asked to reimburse back 9because I was through. They should have shut off the front 9 and stated this might have been better. Horrible service andsupport. Read more
Great course, poor service. After driving from an hour away and checking in, we were informed the front 9 was closed due to... aerification. Not happy that this was a surprise as it was not posted online at the time I had made the reservation. The Proshopwas snarky at this complaint, advising "you should have called the Proshop." Who does that when you've already secured your teetime with a confirmation #? There was absolutely no attempt made to keep us happy, no discount, no offer of a price reductionfor a future time, etc.. I'm a mellow guy, and could even live with a heartfelt apology, but instead got attitude. Iunderstand individual interactions can go south, but when comparing notes with other golfers in the parking lot, there were 3others that had the same experience with the Proshop. Too bad, because this is a fun course in a beautiful setting. IfGraeagle staff reads this, please understand: I know course maintenance is necessary. Where you fell down was not making thisclear in advance, and once this mistake was made, there was no effort made towards damage control with a regular customer. Read more
It is a beautiful and challenging course. Well maintained all the way around. The staff in the golf shop and out doing... maintenance on the course are very friendly and professional. We golfed for our first time on September 2nd and already set upnext tee time for September 4th to bring son. We did not utilize the restaurant but it looks clean and food looked good. Ihighly recommend this course. We live in Reno NV and it's a short drive well worth it. Read more
Played yesterday, 6/20/22, and had an absolute blast! The course is fair and very well maintained: great tee boxes, no dead... spots in fairways/landing areas, and fast greens. Everyone I interacted with, either working for the club or grounds crew, wasvery nice. I couldn't be happier with my experience and I can't wait to play here again. Read more
We had a great round of golf with great friends in a spectacular setting. It was towards the end of the season and the greens... were sanded and aerated. But the deer and geese were plentiful on the fairways! Read more
Pleasant course in lovely surroundings. Not totally manicured but in decent shape throughout. Mostly wide open holes, which I... appreciate. Other area courses have better reputations but there's nothing wrong with this course. Read more
Beautiful setting, reasonable golf rates. Variety of local shops with unique wood, metal decor as well as QUEEN BEE FASHION... store...one of my favorites! Read more
