It was the wife and I first time at this restaurant, we heard alot of great things,about Charlie's. However our experience... wasn't the best. I understand that their under staffed but you shouldn't have to wait half hour for your food to be served. Thebartender did more talking with locals,at the bar and was rude when interrupted when I ordered our drinks as,well as my foodorder. We spent $50.00 on an elk burger, and Asian shrimp salad with drinks. The food was good but the service was rude. Read more

Been coming here since I was a kid. Great local mountain bar, right out of an 80?s ski-bum movie. We come here year round. Would... like more vegetarian/vegan options, which as a restaurant owner myself I know would bring in more people, but overall I?ve lovedCharlie?s for the past 40 years. Read more

All thumbs-up for the food, the ambience and the staff. Loved the coziness of the place at 5he backdrop of the mountain... itself. The bar's a separate place and there is an even more private dining area. Weekends here are super busy (and rightfullyso). We here in a weekday and we're floored by the personal attention from the staff and the openness to accommodate our dietaryrequests! Read more

This is a tough one. First part of the night was awesome. Apps and service were really attentive and on point. Moved outside... for dinner and the service and food was terrible. Rude wait staff, no silverware or water, fish ???? were bland they didn'ttaste like anything. 10min for salt. No hot sauce provided when you could see it inside. Steak salad was recommend and wasserved with bad lettuce. Been going to Charlie for more than a decade. When I went back the next day to talk to manager wastold -- not interested in feedback. Will keep going back for beers and shenanigans but prefer Glacier or the Rat for betterfood and service for cheaper. Read more
