The girls serve very slowly, to give me two refreshing dragonfruit mangoes it took more than 25 minutes, several people arrived... after me and took their order a long time before me. When they have multiple people waiting for their order they take too long. Read more
Service was terrible! 3 staff behind the counter. One staff member just leaned on the counter and was just looking around. I... think she was training, but she made no attempt to watch the other girl making the drinks. She just looked out over the line ofpeople's heads and stared into space looking bored. The 2nd girl also seemed newish but at least she was trying to learn how tomake the drinks. The other girl was taking orders and then filling them. However she got the woman's order ahead of me wrong 2times and mine was wrong also. We waited 15 minutes for our drinks and only one person was ahead of us and she only ordered 2drinks. Service at this Starbucks is usually less than stellar, but today was definitely the worst visit yet. I will not go backto this one again. Read more
They gave me a Venti iced caramel macchiato with whip cream and put the frappe lid on it knowing they don?t have any straws. So... basically I got a drink that I can?t even drink because I don?t have a straw for it or anything to scoop the whip cream out within my car. Like why would you give me that lid knowing you don?t have any straws? Or the least you could do was scooping up withcream off so that I could fit the other lid on Read more
Tried a new flavor, was good but I don't remember the name of it
The lady recognized me and started to write my order of a Venti White Chocolate Mocha with 2 extra pumps of white chocolate,... whip cream and hot on my cup, before I said anything. It was Delicious! I like going to this Starbucks at the Express Martin's.The ladies and gentlemen are very nice! They always tell me to Have a nice day or evening. I like to call it My Starbucks! Read more
This is not a true Starbucks so they don't honor the same deals, rewards or features as freestanding Starbucks. There are a... couple good employees here but for the most part the staff isn't super friendly and energetic like normal Starbucks. Most of thefood/drink is the same. The biggest problem with this location is how incredibly busy it gets. I think they could afford to openanother Starbucks right across the street. Sometimes the line is out the door. Read more
