Placed an order at 8:16pm with a delivery time of 9:50pm. OK. That's a while. We can wait. Order shows being "in the oven" in... the app. Delivery time came and went. Checked on the order again at 10:10pm and restaurant was closed, I had a reversal on myApplePay account and the order never showed. ZERO communication from the restaurant. Great experience there was a system caused issue with delivery and called Andrew at pizza hut it wasn't someone from another... continent it was our local store he was beyond friendly and courteous and knows how to properly run a good store! If you wantgood food from here all I can say is if Andrew is working it will be good PIZZA HUT ACKNOWLEDGE a good worker this guy needsprops for old school service above and beyond in every way! I was at work and I ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut, however they never delivered the pizza. Never actually got anything back but... a text saying that my pizza is delivered. The whole entire staff decided they wanted pizza so they put in an order as well, myorder was put in from 6pm was supposed to arrive at 8:30 to no avail no call nothing just a text saying that my delivery was onthe way never got it my team lead came back with their pizza saying that they canceled the order I then called and the storewhoever picked up the phone he was very disrespectful and defying terrible experience. The guy who works there now did not givehis name he refused & said he no obligated to get me any information. Read more
Placed on order on a Sunday at 6:30 pm. Delivery orders are able to be placed until 7, and then the store closes at 8. At 9 pm I... still have no food, the store never contacted me, and calling the store goes straight to a machine saying they are closed.Looking at other reviews, this location should be placed under new management or shut down. The management went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect! All very nice young men. Would highly recommend this... pizza hut to anyone. Andrew and Xavier were exceptionally great! Read more
I ordered online on 5/11. About 10 minutes later I received a call from them stating one of the items I had ordered was not... available. They would have to edit my order, which I was fine with. He told me I would have to pay cash. That was no problem.Before hanging up he said my order should be ready in about 30 minutes. An hour went by and still no delivery. I called thestore 3 times and no one picked up. Option 1 was to place a new order. I tried that one and asked about my order the lady toldme my order had been made. I asked about an estimated time for delivery she said it was at 3:05pm. Current time was almost4:30pm. She then proceeded to transfer me to the store and all they did was hang up the call. If the person that called me wouldof told me they were just going to cancel my whole order I would of ordered from elsewhere and not wasted my time! I will nolonger be ordering from Pizza Hut!! 40 minute wait turned into 70 minute wait time upon finalizing the order. then when I decided to cancel the order because of the... wait time, no one would answer the call. I was disconnected twice after lone wait for someone to answer. Ended up driving to thefacility to verbally cancel the order so as not to waste their staff time & resources. Your welcome! Read more
