I ordered online and had a 20 minute drive to get there after I ordered. When I arrived the store was full of people waiting. So... it was understandable that I had to wait another 25 min for my food. That was fine. What's not fine is that all my pizzas werenot cooked all the way. And I ordered the m&m brownies and the guy handed me the packages of dough. So after spending $57 I hadfood my family couldn't even eat when I got home at 9pm. Read more
This is the worst establishment I have ever been to. I have never gotten an order on time, but today was worse than ever. I... arrived at the store at the time my order was scheduled and then waited a half an hour for my order which was sitting on thecounter the entire time because the employee kept serving walk ins and ignoring my request. By the time I got my pizza, it wasice cold and melted to the box. I am never returning to this store and will likely never order little Caesars again. Read more
TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! Little Caesar?s on @ 720 Lincolnway E Goshen, IN 46526 United States, is a flat out joke for a... restaurant! My wife got a notification on her phone that food was ready! Waited 30 mins and they kept saying they didn?t havethe order. Even though she showed the confirmation message and the location of said little Ceasars! They ended up giving herfood to someone else. So, after another 20+ minutes of waiting they said they?d give her a free sauce packet. They finally gethome and they gave her a pizza without the toppings that we ordered! So, my wife heads back over to get the issue sorted out.After, another 30 mins of talking to the employees, they go back to ?fix? the issue. A few minutes later they see the employeeclock out grab the same pizzas and walk out the store and leave! My wife has now been over there for 1.5 hours trying to get 2pizzas! Two!! What on earth is going on?! I am outraged at the terrible service, management, and stupidity going on! They needto get their act together! Fire all the employees on this shift that are linked to this incident and actually hire people whocare about their job and who will get this sorted out ASAP! Needless to say this will be the last time I go this little Ceasars!I will also be highly recommending ANY other restaurant to people just because of how terribly handled this entire situation hasbeen! Was in Goshen 2 weeks ago for a funeral. Ordered food and after paying was waiting on the food and noticed order was wrong. Went... back to counter and they said they reversed the charges. Took my order again and paid and order was wrong again and they saidthey reversed the charges. 3rd time order was correct. My big issue now is I was told it would take at least 3-5 business daysfor money to go back in my account and it has now been 2 weeks and charges came out and were still not returned. I live 4 hrsaway so its not like i can just drive over so I call them and no one ever answers! I really would appreciate some help.... Read more
I had a pleasant experience. When in at a busy time. The gentleman taking my order was really nice. Said it would be a 10 min... wait. Which is understandable, lots of people in the building. Seems like they ordered alot of pizzas. The only thing I didn'tlike was the sheer rudeness of customers. You can't expect your 40 dollars worth of pizza to appear right after you paid. On multiple occasions have gone to grab a pizza for lunch, the guy in front counter has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! geez! The... epitome of what not to hire! Rude! Lazy. I wish i could charge them for MY TIME! What happened to hot n ready!! More like hot ifyou wait 30+ minutes. But now n days with the shortage of people not wanting to work u gotta keep the bottom of the barrelemployees. Sometimes tho having none is better than having cancer on ur staff. Read more
They have bad service and are rude to customers and they didn't get the order right. I called to try and sort it out and have... the pizza the way I want it. I was polite and all and all they did was hang up on me. I don't recommend you getting pizza fromhere. Read more
