Ordered hand breaded chicken and they gave me a regular tiny tiny fried chicken. Large frie was barely a small and it was just... dumped into the bag. Milk shake was a glob of ice cream with milk poured over it. Thanks so much for my 30 minute wait of theworst lunch. Had a great day for sure. Read more
Was looking for a place to grab dinner. Saw on maps they are open til 11pm. Saw a car at the window when I pulled up cool. Pull... up to order and wait a few minutes and no one greets me to take my order. Pull up to the pick up window and there?s a signindicating temporary hours. At the pick up window. Not on podium where you order or hanging on the drive thru menu - the placesyou first see when going to a drive thru. But instead it?s only posted on the last place you would see. Read more
They only have #1-#5, but they don't tell you this until you actually order. They also had no ice, no syrup you had to go next... door to the gas station. the burger was slightly undercooked.. just a bunch of lazy, nobody cares. When this place first openedup it was amazing. They had a shipment come in but it was too late to prep.. but they didn't close for another hour. lazyexcuses. If they weren't busy they all went on break so every time new people came up to order the person would yell in the backhey we got customers... Don't you get a 15 minute break every few hours and a 30 minute lunch?? It's not just the workers thatare bad it's the management that's hiring anyone. Read more
18 mins just to get someone to take my order. There?s 5 people behind me . The cashier was taking 1 order at a time then leaving... the register to put drive thru orders together. I get you short staffed but this is lack of proper customer service. There wasmultiple people in the kitchen plus 2 workers in the drive thru. Drivers can?t afford to wait that long just to order plus the25 mins till we get our food . Read more
Love the Frisco Melt! Fresh made & actually looks like the picture on the menu. The chicken sandwiches are large & delicious.
The guy at the counter was very sweet... don't remember his name, but he had beautiful dreads. I had a bit of a wait for my... order, so he added an apple pie. Yummy snack for later!! Thanks so much for being a sweetheart! Read more
