Used to work here, got fired because i refused to close the store by myself, i tried to contact management to get to Ok to close... but no one answered so as the assistant manager i made the choice to close early. Now everytime i drive by after work to get acoffee they are closed early. They also make my coffee wrong whenever i do go through. Read more
Goshen staff is always friendly and very accommodating and the food is great. Favorite Dunkin location for sure.
Drive thru on Sunday morning was busy but moved along ok. My issue was with the donuts. Bought a dozen and when I go them home... and opened box, very disappointing. They tasted like day old or longer. Not fresh at all. Read more
My fiancé and I were looking for a quick breakfast place around us before errands and we went to the Dunkin? Donuts on Pike... Street and they are always so packed and the lobby was closed and their drive-through was all the way out on in the street whichI hate!!! Then my fiancé remembered that there was this Dunkin on Lincolnway and it was such a better experience! They?re openlater and their lobby was closed, but honestly, the drive-through was going so fast that it didn?t matter! The food wasdelicious and our coffee was great! The first time I let it slide by, however this second time is unacceptable. The first time I bought a dozen donuts they were... stale, and dry. I believe they were from days. And this second time my donuts were not only stale and dry but the glazeddoughnut was already bitten. The sprinkle donut was the one I tried. Seems like bad business to close down your espresso machine at 6:27pm when you close at 7:00pm. This would be 1 star but they... didn't charge for the hot chocolates because they already shut the register down. Read more

It?s impossible to use words to say how good the cookie butter cold coffee with cookie butter cold foam is here. I?ll try. It?s... the best coffee I?ve ever had in my life. Mind you, I?ve drank more coffee than you can shake a stick at. Whatever that means.I?m only giving four stars because they were out of almost every donut and I had to come back with my coffee. They forgot thecookie crumbles and you have to ask for creamer and flavoring or the coffee will be plain. They were great and made me anotherthat is perfection. To be honest it?s the end of the day too. So being out of donuts almost can be attributed to that. I highlyrecommend this Dunkin Donuts. They are great. Read more
