I wish there was a way to leave no star review... I placed my order at 5:30. I knew it would be a little bit since it was a... Friday night. I called when it had been over an hour and was told it would be another hour. I waited until it was over the 2hour mark and called again, only to be told it would be another hour and half. 3 .5 hours to possibly get my chicken andbreadsticks. When I asked what can be done to fix this I was told coldly to just cancel the order. I understand being shortstaffed but honestly this place is super struggling. They don't make it right by the customers, and they don't really care abouthow long people have waited. This has not been just one time but a few. The cheesy breadsticks were amazing. Delicious! However, the wings were not as tasty as I hoped. They were not crunchy, and it... looked like the employee was trying to save money by putting the least amount of sauce as possible. They were barely coated. Theflavor wasn't the best either. I was hungry so I ate them but I probably won't order again. The pizza was great. Thisparticular store seems to be struggling with employees and training. I understand that and take it into consideration. If youcall to order, you'll be forwarded to a call center in India. You need to tell them you want to be transferred to arepresentative at the physical location you're picking up from. You have to be assertive. Here's an example - I called andspoke with the call center rep from India and she told me an order would take 20-30 minutes. I insisted that I speak withsomeone on pike street, which she begrudgingly did (she transferred rudely - without saying thank you or a farewell). Afterspeaking with someone at the store I was told it would be at least an hour before it would be ready. So take heed: 1) Giveyourself 1 ½ - 2x the time you'd expect your order to be ready. 2) Don't buy the wings 3) Be patient and kind because theseemployees are under trained and probably barely make enough money to pay their rent. Since opening the new location in Goshen on pike st this store has been nothing but a joke. Their online ordering only works... half the time, they tak 30 min to answer the phone, and their employees are rude. When you tell them their online ordering isn?tworking with you they get nasty with you then tell you that you are wrong. Also make sure you check what they charge you. Theywill tell you something is not an up charge and hope you don?t notice. This store is a great example of how not to run abusiness. Read more
Walked in to get my pizzas and immediately was greeted not only by the front desk employee but the whole staff. Great customer... service and my pizzas and dessert I got were delicious. Definitely ordering from Domino?s in Goshen next time we are hungry forpizza. Read more
Delicious pizza, very popular and new place so there is often a long (1-2 hrs+)delay. If they make a mistake, they really try... to make it right. The team seems to be working better together and probably will be able to get it smoothed out soon. In spiteof the stressful environment,the staff are friendly and helpful. Read more
I should give zero stars. My visit was like most on here. Over 1.5 hours to get a 3 topping pizza and was still not ready. Then... the girl at the counter acted like this was to be expected. The lot was full of people and most seemed upset. Three people werein line inside and no one running offering to help anyone. I just got my refund and will not go back. The pizza is good, on par with Papa John's in our area. The issue is being able to actually order a pizza. The first week they... were open I was able to order online. Once more a week later. But since then every time I try to order, the Domino's app statesthat orders aren't being taken. I usually order stuff on my days off of work, so I don't mind long delivery times. But beingunable to even order is a bummer. I was pretty excited to have a store finally open in the Goshen area. Read more
Pizza is good if you actually get it! The prices aren?t horrible but the service for carryout is! Was told to wait two hours for... 2 pizzas- just canceled my order and got a refund. They can?t seem to handle their busy weekends. The wait and communication isbad. Parking lot and lobby full or angry people waiting hours for a pizza! Read more
