I didn?t like chipotle the first time I went a few years ago. New location I figured I?d give it a try. Should?ve known better.... my wife ordered online and sat in the store for an hour and a half for the take out orders to be an hour and half or more... behind. the line moved faster than the to-go/window orders. it was definitely understaffed and disorganized as far as gettingsomething new in the area. well knowing alot of local people would be going. terribly disappointed with the food being bland andterrible wait time. expected more from this company.not to mention half of the food was missing on the line so you couldnt evenorder much Read more
I really had high hopes for this chipotle because I?ve always enjoyed the chain . But THIS new chipotle was the worst that I?ve... ever experienced. I did an online order and had to wait for an hour and half to get it, only to receive the wrong order. Theyhad multiple ingredients missing. They barely put any food in the bowl and they put way too much hot sauce so it was barelyedible. Did not taste good and I felt like I wasted my time and my money. I have never been this dissappointed with a restaurant???? I will never go back there again. I hope they notice all of these bad reviews and try to improve rather than ignore them. Read more
Slow, uncommunicative service. Even worse customer service. Twice I've ordered online, and both times I have had to wait over an... hour. They ran out of ingredients and didn't notify us. And if you order food online and there's an error on their side, there's"nothing they can do". I wish they'd spent a little more time training and equipping their staff, because I've never experiencedanything like this. Sad and disappointing to say the very least. Read more
I had no clue online orders take over an hour from the time they give you to pickup. I understand this is a new location but I... saw the employees training before the grand opening. Not to mention I spent almost $30 for them to give me what they want me tohave. Nothing in my order was correct. Sheesh ???? Read more

Disappointing. Place a carry out, it says your order will be ready in 15 minutes. Get to the store, and the Chipotlane is... slammed. Go inside, people have been waiting 2 hours for their food. Can't even talk to a cashier about needing to cancel ourorder, there's so many people in the way. Left a message with Corporate... can't get a response from them. Read more
