This is probably one of the best places for Mexican food in town. Their Birria tacos are by far some of the tastiest Mexican... food I've has north of the Rio Grande. If you are looking for special family owned restaurant, look no further! Everyone was friendly and the service was exceptional.... Their tacos are by far some of the best we have had in Goshen so far! Everything is made fresh and we would highly recommendtrying the Al Pastor or their top notch Shrimp tacos. Yes. Do it. The flavor is beyond what you thought possible and as authentic as it could possibly be. Portions are serious,... especially for the yesteryear price points! This is by far the best authentic Mexican restaurant in the Goshen area. The flavor of all their tacos are great and have a good... kick of spice. All ingredients are fresh and the homemade salsas are fire. Fair prices when compared to other tacos in thearea. Highly suggest this place. I go at least once a week. Read more
This place is truly authentic Mexican. They have pupusas on tuesdays and Wednesday?s so I went for two of those. They were good... and filling but definitely not the star of the show. Though the cabbage salad that came with them was surprisingly good and hadlots of vinegar which I loved! The star, to no one?s surprise, are the tacos. I mean they were simply phenomenal. We got thequesabirria one which is our favorite (probably because it?s fried) followed by the Rajas. The rajas was surprisingly good andflavorful for being vegetarian. Lastly we tried the arrachera, can?t say that one was my favorite but still good. The largemargarita is $6 and is huge. Can?t say it?s the best flavor but definitely worth the money because it is STRONG! The chips andsalsa are yummy and fresh, not sure what?s in the salsa but it looks deep red almost like it had adobo or is charred/smoked.Beware the salsa verde has a kick to it. Our server did not speak English but we made it work with much smiling and pointing.The check can be paid at the front counter. Will go again with my husband who loves tacos! Read more
