I went through the drive thru and the person working in the drive thru asked the other car that just showed up after me in the... other lane if he was there first he lied and said yes. She took his order then after 2 minutes of waiting she took my order.When I got to the drive thru window my order was not ready. I waited 10 minutes before I received my food. In order to receivemy food I had to wave my hands in front of the window the lady came to the window with my food and said yeah I said I'm justwondering why it's taking so long for my food she said your being disrespectful and bye. I called the store to talk to a managerI got the same woman who took care of me in the drive thru. I explained what happened and all she said was that I was beingdisrespectful and hung up on me. DONT GO TO THIS BURGER KING they are rude and don't care about customer service. Take yourmoney to someone else. I'm calling the store manager on Monday and I will talk to them about this. But while this manager intraining is there don't go. She will treat you horribly. Someone needs to fire her. Read more

I went to this location through the drive-thru and they were holding traffic back at the first window and not allowing traffic... to progress to the second window. I called and the manager stated they didn't want the counters to be started, so they wereholding people back at the first window which makes it look like their service times are faster than they really are by keepingthe counter from running. I had some choice words with the manager and they care more about making their location look speedythan customer service. I will not be going back to this location. Everyone's speed times right now are slow because of staffingshortages. They are portraying fake numbers to corporate which makes corporate think everything is okay at the location anddefeats the purpose of corporate noticing the locations that need extra help and fixing the problem. The manager of thislocation needs to be fired and someone that understands the proper way to run a restaurant needs to work here. Read more
