Food is good and fresh, but they are understaffed and everything is very slow. Customer service is nice, but do not stop at this... location for a "quick" meal, as it usually takes several minutes or longer for someone to even answer at the speaker in thedrive-through. I've seen many people pull up and wait and end up driving away because no one can answer. This is no fault of theemployees, as they are trying their best with the current circumstances. Read more

There were only a couple of workers, but the service was really fast. I was impressed. I think I only spent 5 minutes total... there and ordered 4 meals! Plus they were friendly! I know it's not always this way, so props to the night team on 10/6/22 Read more

App is down on free giveaway day at the location. Coincidence? Unlikely. Manager has the code but wont use it. Waste of time and... money. Manager doesnt understand basic business skills. +$20 meals plus a free shake is better than $0 a bad review and nevercoming back Read more

We went into the restaurant, we had time to not only make our presence known with family chatting at the counter, but we had... more than enough time to decide what we wanted to order, and NONE, NOT A SINGLE EMPLOYEE would acknowledge our existence, therewas literally a "MANAGER" standing right by the front counter, he looked at us, and continued ignoring us. We began to getimpatient, on account of us waiting for OVER FIVE MINUTES, so we clearly said "is anyone going to acknowledge us over here" andyet again, the "manager" blatantly ignored us. This took place at around 2-3pm on Saturday 10/09/2022. Anyone going to thislocation, please don't, you can go almost anywhere else, and be treated like an actual human being, plus you'll get better food,even if it's a bit more expensive, anything is better than the service we DIDN'T receive at this burgerking.???????????????????????? Me and my husband ordered threw the drive thru. Wanted to grab something for work. Figured we make it in perfect time, cause it... seemed dead. Ordered a whopper and a chicken fry meal. Go to the first window, was told we had to stay at the first window.Not sure why. Waited...waited..and waited..kept on waiting. Then a line starts to form. Seen a employee come out that wasworking at the second window. Goes straight to a car and starts making conversation with someone. Then walks back inside.Comes out with two large bags of food and large drinks. HANDS THEM TO THE PEOPLE BEHIND US. my husband asked. "How did they getthere food first?" She replies "was waiting on 'one of your sandwiches ' WE DIDN'T ORDER MULTIPLE. JUST ONE. after that wefinally received our food. Very cold and not fresh. Haven't been able to eat here in a long time. Periodically I try to order from them, but they always say "we are short staffed... and not taking orders." There were at least three workers inside. How many people does BK need to make food? Read more

For the longest time, and I'm talking the better part of 10 years, I've felt like Berger King got tired of seriously competing... with McDonald's and was just phoning it in. But guys, girls, and whatever anyone out there identifies as I'm telling you thatfeeling is no more because Berger King has tightened their apron and has been bringing their A-game as of late. What was oncethe guarentee of old cold fries is now almost a promise of piping hot golden spears of a starch and happiness producing root.Paired in their paper bag home is a sandwich that has been crafted and packaged with care and artistry not used by or usuallyreserved for cooks in the lower end of the food service industry. To top this all off, the deals and rewards points program theyoffer through their website or their app are leaps and bounds above any other fastfood establishment that provides a comparableservice. After years of writing reviews for establishments across the surrounding area I like to think I have become relativelygood at reading how the market is going to react to events happening both home and abroad. And there is a strong warning Iwould like to offer. Please do not lower your quality or your standard for such just because there is a "shortage" of workersright now. Hold strong and only hire the right ones. This is a time in American history where those that once dominated theirrespective market can topple and new kingdoms built on their rubble and old foundation. Read more
